Currency, prices, taxes, and shipping

Our store currency is U.S. dollars (USD). Product prices do not include tax. Applicable taxes are calculated for the order and displayed in checkout. Standard shipping is free with no minimum for eligible U.S. destinations accepted by checkout. Review the order total shown before submitting payment; that total is the amount presented for authorization.

Payment options can vary by order, customer location, currency, device, and checkout eligibility. A method is available only when it is presented during checkout. We do not promise that a particular card, wallet, or payment provider will be available for every order. Shopify provides the commerce platform; Yollink is the store selling the listed products and is responsible for our order, shipping, and return policies.

When you submit an order, your bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorization or hold while the payment is checked or processed. A pending authorization may not be the same as a completed charge. If checkout declines a payment, confirm the information with your bank or payment provider and try an option shown in checkout. If you see what appears to be a duplicate posted charge, contact us with your order number and contact your payment provider; do not send card numbers or security codes by email.

Protect your payment information

Payments are submitted through the checkout flow and handled by the payment method shown there. Orders may be reviewed or require additional verification to help prevent unauthorized activity. We will not ask you by email for your full card number, CVV, account password, or one-time verification code. We will not ask you to pay by an off-site personal bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift card, or payment to an individual's account. Do not follow a payment request that bypasses checkout; contact us if you receive one claiming to be from Yollink.

One-time purchases and refunds

Refund timing

The current product catalog is offered as one-time purchases. If a future product is offered on a subscription or recurring basis, its renewal frequency, amount, and cancellation terms will be shown before you agree to that purchase. No recurring payment is authorized by this policy alone.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
