These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Yollink website, storefront, checkout, products, and related services (“Services”). The customer-facing store name is Yollink. The business name shown in the Shopify store profile is KRYSTA LAVERNE COOPER FUNY LLC. By using the Services or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Yollink is an independent online retailer. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, we do not claim to manufacture the products offered or to be affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party brand. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Product information and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Product details, dimensions, materials, colors, included items, and features vary by listing; rely on the specific product page and ask us before ordering if an important detail is unclear. A photograph or category name does not promise a specification that is not stated. Product availability may change, and we may correct an obvious listing error before accepting an order.

3. Prices, taxes, and checkout

Order total and payment methods

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any shipping charge are calculated or shown in checkout before you submit an order. Standard shipping is free with no minimum for eligible U.S. destinations accepted by checkout. The order total shown before submission is the total presented for that order. If a listing, checkout page, or confirmation contains an obvious error, contact us; we will explain available options before proceeding where required.

The payment options available for an order are only those displayed during checkout. Your bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorization or hold. Products in the current catalog are one-time purchases; no recurring billing applies unless a future product and checkout expressly display subscription terms before purchase.

4. Orders, acceptance, and changes

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the listed items. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not by itself guarantee acceptance if the order cannot be fulfilled, payment is not authorized, or the listing contains an error. We may cancel or refuse an order when permitted by law, including for suspected unauthorized activity or an item that is unavailable. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a prompt refund to the original payment method.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly. We may be able to help before fulfillment starts; a change is not guaranteed after processing or shipment begins. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and let you choose whether to accept a revised timeframe or cancel for a prompt refund.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping destinations, costs, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and shown in checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Return eligibility, the 30-calendar-day request period, prepaid return label, return shipping cost, no-restocking-fee rule, no-exchange rule, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

6. Use of the Services

You agree to provide accurate information needed to place and receive an order and not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them for unlawful activity. You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials you choose to create and for activity through your account, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services

The website content, design, text, and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal shopping and may not reproduce or exploit our content without permission, except where law permits. Third-party names, logos, and product marks are owned by their respective holders.
