1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Yollink collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit or use our storefront, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services (“Services”). The customer-facing store name is Yollink. The business name shown in the Shopify store profile is KRYSTA LAVERNE COOPER FUNY LLC. Shopify provides the commerce platform that powers the Services; Yollink is the retailer responsible for the products and customer support described on this site.

2. Information we collect and receive

Categories of personal information

The information involved depends on how you use the Services. It may include:

  • Contact and delivery information: name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and information you provide in a support or return request.
  • Order and transaction information: products viewed or placed in a cart, items ordered, order amount, payment status, delivery and tracking details, and return, cancellation, or refund information.
  • Payment-related information: payment method and transaction details needed to authorize or process a payment. The checkout and payment provider handle payment credentials according to their own systems; we do not ask you to send full card details, a CVV, password, or verification code by email.
  • Communications: the content of messages you send us and information needed to respond.
  • Device and usage information: browser and device type, IP address, approximate network or location information, pages or products viewed, referral information, and interactions with the Services.
  • Cookie and similar-technology information: identifiers and preferences stored or read by cookies, pixels, tags, or similar technologies when those technologies are used.

3. Sources of information

We receive information directly from you when you browse, place an order, create or use an account, or contact us. Shopify and the Services may collect some device, usage, and cookie information automatically. We may also receive transaction, shipping, fraud-prevention, or technical information from Shopify and service providers that support an order or the Services. Other sources are used only where permitted by law and relevant to the interaction.

4. How we use information

We use information as needed to:

  • operate the storefront, cart, checkout, and customer account features;
  • process payment, fulfill and ship orders, provide tracking, and administer returns, cancellations, and refunds;
  • respond to questions and provide customer support;
  • protect the Services, detect fraud or unauthorized activity, and verify transactions;
  • maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services and understand how shoppers use them;
  • send order, account, service, or marketing communications where allowed and consistent with your choices; and
  • comply with legal obligations, enforce applicable terms, and protect rights and safety.

5. Cookies, pixels, and advertising choices

Optional analytics and advertising tools

Shopify and the Services may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as remembering cart or checkout activity, maintaining preferences, security, measurement, and advertising. Optional analytics or advertising technologies may be used only if they are actually enabled for the relevant storefront interaction. This policy does not state that Google Ads, Google Analytics, remarketing, conversion tracking, Enhanced Conversions, or personalized advertising is currently enabled. If those tools are activated, we will update this policy and provide any choices or notices required by law.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. You can also visit Your Privacy Choices to review the available opt-out control. A choice page or this policy is not, by itself, consent to non-essential cookies or personalized advertising. Where applicable law requires it, we will process a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out from sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

6. Embedded maps and third-party links

The homepage and Contact page include an embedded Google Maps frame configured to load automatically when the map comes into view, subject to browser behavior. When the frame loads, your browser requests map content from Google. Google may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the requested map location, and may process it under its own privacy terms. The map has no in-page control that prevents this request while the map is displayed. You may contact us by email or phone instead of using the map, but we do not represent that this stops an embedded map from loading automatically. Links to third-party websites or services are controlled by their operators and subject to their own privacy policies.

7. How information may be disclosed

We may disclose information, as needed and as permitted by law, to:

  • Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform, hosting, cart, checkout, and related commerce services;
  • payment providers presented in checkout to authorize, process, or refund transactions;
  • shipping and fulfillment providers used to deliver orders and provide tracking;
  • technology and support providers that help operate, secure, or support the Services;
  • analytics or advertising providers only when those services are actually used or enabled; and
  • legal, regulatory, or safety recipients when disclosure is required or permitted by law, or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the Services.

Some privacy laws define certain disclosures for advertising as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. Where such a law applies, you may use Your Privacy Choices or contact us to exercise the rights available to you.

8. Retention, security, and processing location

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, support, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and legal requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Shopify and other service providers may process or store information in the United States or other locations where they or their service providers operate. When information is processed across borders, applicable service-provider safeguards and legal requirements may apply.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request and take steps required by law.

10. U.S. state privacy rights

Requests, verification, agents, deadlines, and appeals

Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to our processing, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; and to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. Some rights have exceptions and eligibility requirements. We do not deny goods or services or discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right, except where a difference is permitted by law.

To make a request, use Your Privacy Choices for the available opt-out control, or email support@yollink.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Tell us the state where you live and the right you wish to exercise. Do not send a full payment-card number, CVV, password, or verification code. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized disclosure. We will use verification information only for the request and related security purposes, as permitted by law.

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request, the agent may need to provide proof of authority. We may also ask you to verify your identity directly unless the law permits otherwise. We will respond within the deadline applicable to your request and location. For example, California requests covered by the CCPA are generally answered within 45 calendar days; where permitted, an additional period may be used with notice and an explanation. Other state laws may provide different response periods, extensions, or procedures.

If we deny a request and applicable law gives you a right to appeal, reply to our decision email with “Privacy Request Appeal” in the subject and explain why you believe the decision should be reviewed. We will review the appeal and respond within the deadline required by applicable law. If a denial remains, we will tell you about any regulator complaint process available under the law that applies to you.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date. A material change applies from the posted date or as otherwise required by law.
